于廷照,中国气象局公共气象服务中心高级工程师,中国气象局青年气象英才,中国气象局人工智能气象服务大语言模型重点创新团队,中国气象局能源气象重点创新团队成员,博士毕业于中国科学院自动化研究所模式识别国家重点实验室,专注“复杂场景时空数据表示方法理论与应用研究”,2019年加入中国气象局公共气象服务中心以来,一直从事“气象+人工智能”算法研发。在TMM、PR等人工智能领域和GRSL、JSTARS等遥感领域SCI期刊发表论文20余篇,获授权国家发明专利9项,主持国家自然科学基金、中国气象局创新发展专项、中国气象局能力提升联合专项等省部级以上项目3项,担任《应用气象学报》首届青年编委,及IEEE-TCSVT、IEEE-TMM等近20种人工智能领域权威SCI期刊审稿人。个人主页:https://tsingzao.github.io/
