刘全,男,汉,理学博士,现为中国气象科学研究院研究员/硕士生导师,大气本底和温室气体观测技术专家团队副首席,入选全国优秀青年气象科技工作者,中国气象科学研究院高层次人才培养计划-科技领军科研工作主要围绕气溶胶理化性质垂直演变机制、气溶胶对云微物理过程影响等科学问题,利用飞机、地面+高山站等观测手段开展垂直方向上气溶胶组分、活化特性,以及云微物理特征的观测研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、北京市自然基金面上项目1项,国家重点研发计划项目专题1项。发表研究论文50余篇,获专利10项,软著5项。研究成果获中国气象学会大气科学基础研究成果奖二等奖、北京市科学技术奖三等奖等科技奖励。
