李昕,南京气象科技创新研究院院长助理,研究员,模式团队首席,国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金获得者,国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目负责人,主要从事资料同化和数值天气预报研究。研发了考虑动力约束的集合变分同化方案,实现了流依赖背景误差协方差和物理约束的结合,官方应用于WRF模式,国际应用。聚焦强对流天气,开展云区和近地层卫星资料同化方法研究,研发了卫星微波云水信息约束的全空红外辐射同化方案,考虑次网格地形效应的卫星地表同化观测算子方案等。多项成果发表于MWR、JGR等期刊。建设江苏气象部门业务数值预报模式,实现多源卫星和雷达遥感资料同化应用。
