聂羽,博士,现任国家气候中心气候研究开放实验室研究员、硕士生导师。研究方向为大气环流、中高纬气候动力学和东亚气候预测。主持2项国家自然科学基金和2项司局级项目,骨干参加2项国家重点研发计划。
